Siobhán O’Carroll established OC Consulting in 2004 to operate a contract qualified person business. Siobhan has worked in quality roles in the past for manufacturing plants both sterile and non-sterile, for both generic firms and innovator companies.
In the past few years Siobhán has also focused on regulation implementation for pharmaceutical and medical device clients whether it is a Good Manufacturing Practise, a Good Distribution Practise or a Good Promotional Practise Regulation or a Marketing Code of Practise. Many projects have involved Quality system development along with license applications for both MIA holders or WDA holders. See below for our client details and for sample testimonials.

Siobhán O’Carroll
Siobhán is a pharmacist who holds a Diploma in Management and Industrial Relations as well as a Qualification in Pharmaceutical Engineering.
Since graduating as a Pharmacist Siobhan devoted herself to employment in the Irish pharmaceutical industry .She has worked in a variety of roles including Research and Development, Product Formulation and Transfer, Quality Manager/Qualified Person, Medical Device Quality, Vigilance and Regulatory Manager /Responsible Person.
Siobhán also has worked and continues to work with Mc Gee Pharma International as an associate consultant on pharmaceutical projects.
